How to Get Money in Fling This and That

Incinerator bags, ATM landmarks, and a spend order that is not a joke plush.

How to Get Money

Coins are the only currency that matters in Fling This and That. They buy toys, line skins, and the reach upgrade that decides whether you grab first or get grabbed. There are still no working codes — see the codes hub — so every stack comes from the island. This page is the farm.

The Toy Incinerator

The incinerator is a grey, orange, and red wedge with pipes, a revolving-door window, and a lever. It sits near spawn in the green groves, toward the mountains. The window cycles about every 15 minutes with a warning not to stand inside.

How to print bags

  1. Join a small server. Private shards have flipped between one and three incinerators across patches; public shards get contested. Fewer people means you own the lever.
  2. Spawn toys or drag loose junk into the chamber. More mass generally means more money bags. Community reports put a soft cap around six or seven bags per pull.
  3. Grab the lever like any other toy and pull. Controls if the latch feels delayed on mobile.
  4. Chase the bags. Each bag can hold up to about 100 coins. They used to launch into the air on some patches; if they sit on the floor, walk them down before another player vacuums them.

Player incineration. Feeding yourself or another avatar into the machine has been reported to dump about seven bags, roughly 500–900 coins, when the machine still accepts players. That is a PvP farm, not a AFK farm. Do not stand in the doorway during the cycle.

The middle-of-page video is a real FTAT money tutorial, not a recycled Fling Things and People slot-machine guide. Watch the packing step, then come back to the ATM loop.

ATM route

ATMs are yellow rectangular machines with a red ATM sign. They are weaker than the incinerator but they do not wait on a 15-minute door. Confirmed-style landmarks:

  • Right of Jef’s Jumble
  • Inside the farmhouse at Familiar Fields
  • Outside the lighthouse near Sand Scorch
  • Inside factory island
  • Inside obtainable houses
  • Bank in the Wild West

Walk that loop while the incinerator cooks. Pin the houses on your first tour using the map. If an ATM is empty, it already paid someone on your shard — hop servers instead of camping it.

Server-size rules of thumb

ServerFarm qualityWhy
Almost empty publicBestYou own the incinerator and bags
Mid publicMixedYou share bags and get flung while looting
Full 30WorstLever steal, bag steal, lag
Private (VIP-style)DependsIncinerator count has changed with patches

Graphics also steal coins indirectly: if you crash, you lose the bag chase. Puzzle-piece menu → low quality trees, no textures.

What to spend first

  1. Farther Reach at Jef’s Jumble — 1,000 coins per +1 stud, max 10. The stall is the red-roof shop (ATM to its right). The 250 Robux Extended Grab Reach pass unlocks 30 studs and does not stack with this row. That is the FTAT difference versus only paying Robux in the original. Full table: coin planner.
  2. A movement toy you will ride for Wright Brothers and Airborne — see how to fly and badges.
  3. Combat toys you will actually throw (missiles, glue, heavy props). Rank them on the toys tier list.
  4. Plot furniture only if you main building. How to build.

Do not dump a 900-coin bag into a cosmetic line skin until reach and one movement toy are done. The coin planner is the checklist version of this paragraph.

What not to do

  • Do not buy “coin codes” from a website. How to redeem is waiting on a UI that is not live.
  • Do not AFK in a full server hoping bags bounce to you.
  • Do not run a money script and then complain about a ban. FTAT advertises a stricter anti-cheat than the original.
  • Do not assume Fling Things and People slot machines exist here. FTAT’s printer is the incinerator.

When the farm feels patched

Brickified has already changed incinerator counts and bag physics. If bags no longer fly, loot on the floor. If private servers only show one machine, go public-but-small. If someone in chat says upgrades are gone, open the ATM shop yourself before you write the farm off. Patch notes we can date live on the changelog.

Farm, buy reach, then go practice throws. Coins are a means to make how to fling less one-sided, not a leaderboard.
